In all matters relating to the classification, assessment and taxation of agricultural property, the tax assessor, the auditor and the treasurer shall be bound by and shall apply the provisions of S.C. Code § 12-43-220, as amended, and related statutes and laws, and rules and regulations promulgated by the State Tax Commission.
