§ 113.02 LIQUOR SALES.
   It shall be unlawful in the unincorporated areas of York County for any person to sell any alcoholic liquors other than beer, ale, porter and/or wine now allowed by the laws of the state, except in accordance with and in conformity to the existing state and federal laws providing the method and procedure for the sale of alcoholic liquors.
