§ 33.082 MISCELLANEOUS ACCRUED LEAVE.
   Time to be recorded at straight time for hourly (non-exempt) employees to ensure that if an hourly employee is required to work on a holiday or during a week in which a holiday occurs, the employee receives adequate compensation although time physically worked may be less than 40 hours. This leave would be available to the employee until such time as it is utilized or the employee changes to exempt status at which time the leave is eliminated. Under no circumstances would such leave be paid for in cash upon termination of employment or any other reason.
