(A) One member of the County Council shall be elected from each of the defined seven single-member election districts. The districts are more particularly described in the Voter Tabulation District/Census Tract/Block information contained in the Plan Components Report appearing in the Appendix to Title 1 of the York County Code.
(B) The Council District Map entitled “York County Council Plan 1”, which reflects the voter tabulation district/census tract/block information as specified in division (A) of this section, is adopted by reference by York County, the same as if set out in full herein, and shall be held and maintained by the Office of the Clerk to Council for York County, for inspection by the general public.
