§ 33.049 OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
   Outside employment shall in no way conflict with or be detrimental to the employee’s work for the county. Employees currently engaged in or considering outside employment must immediately report the activity or interest to their department directors in writing and may not continue or begin employment without department director approval. The letter along with the department director’s determination shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file. Approved requests shall be subject to the periodic review.
