§ 155.496  BUILDING HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS AND EXCEPTIONS TO HEIGHT.
   (A)   The height of a building cannot exceed 50 feet, except where otherwise permitted within this chapter or by the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map.
   (B)   The height limitations of this chapter will not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas, domes not intended for human occupancy, transmission towers, utility poles, radio or television towers,  accessory farm structures, or necessary mechanical features occupying not more than 25% of the roof area.
