§ 155.429  RESIDENTIAL DENSITY REQUIREMENTS IN THE RC, RD AND BD-III ZONING DISTRICTS.
   Residential density in the RC, RD, and BD-III zoning districts is intended to establish the number of permitted dwelling units based upon gross density, as defined in § 155.009. Gross density requirements may not be varied and are established as follows:
