The developer shall make all required improvements, installed to permanent line and grade, to the satisfaction of the public works department and in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction" and with the "Standard Details for Public Works Construction" and the requirements of this section through 11-7-15, inclusive, of this chapter. If there is any conflict of design standards in the sources, the final design approval shall be determined by the public works department. Such improvements shall include, but not be limited to, those specified in the following sections. (1973 Code § 16.24.060)
