11-7-3: FILING FEE; IMPROVEMENT PLANS:

At the time of filing the improvement plans, the developer shall pay to the city clerk the filing fees as set forth by resolution by the city council. The fee shall be submitted with ten (10) complete sets of the improvement plans. (1973 Code § 16.24.030)
