11-2-6: PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT:
   A.   Statutory Authority; Conformance Required: Pursuant to the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes 278.0201 to 278.0207, inclusive, the city council may enter into development agreements to regulate the development of land within the city or to be acquired and annexed into the city. Such agreements and the procedures applicable thereto shall be governed by and must conform to Nevada Revised Statutes 278.0201 to 278.0207, inclusive, and the provisions of this chapter.
   B.   Planning Commission Review: Before the city council enters into a planned zoning development agreement pursuant to this section, the agreement shall be reviewed by the planning commission for consistency with the city's master plan.
   C.   Planned Zoning Development Requirement: Only land zoned for planned development may be made the subject of the development agreement.
   D.   Administration And Enforcement: Subject to review and input from the city departments as the council may request, the city council shall be responsible for applying, administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter, including the negotiation and enforcement of development agreements.
   E.   Application Of The Provisions Of This Title: Except as otherwise provided in Nevada Revised Statutes 278.0201 to 278.0207, inclusive, or in a development agreement entered into pursuant to this chapter, all the procedures and requirements of this title shall apply to the development of property that is the subject of such a planned zoning development agreement.
