A. Construction Prohibited: No building shall be constructed within the setback distance and no portion of a building extended into said distance shall be altered.
B. Accessory Or Temporary Buildings: Accessory buildings and temporary buildings less than two hundred (200) square feet in size may be placed in a rear yard not closer than five feet (5') from the rear or side property line. Accessory buildings over two hundred (200) square feet in size must comply with the provisions of section 10-4-1 of this title.
C. Corner Lots Or Parcels: When a building setback distance is required on both street fronts of a corner lot or parcel, such setback distance shall prevail regardless of the side yard requirements of the situation.
D. Yard Requirements: Except for the above, all yard setbacks shall comply with the provisions of chapters 4 through 7, inclusive, of this title, as each zone district has yard requirements therein. (Ord. 326, 10-9-2000)
