The challenge must be made by filing an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury specifying the facts upon which the disqualification is sought with the chief executive officer of the public body which will be conducting the hearing. The chief executive officer shall forthwith deliver a copy of the affidavit to the challenged member or members. (Ord. 07-03, 6-25-2007)
