A. Decisions Final: Any decision of the city under this chapter grating or denying tentative or final approval of the plan or authorizing or refusing to authorize a modification in a plan is a final administrative decision and is subject to judicial review in properly presented cases 1 . (1973 Code § 16A.28.010)
B. Limitation: No action or proceeding may be commenced for the purpose of seeking judicial relief or review from or with respect to any final action, decision or order of the city, unless the action or proceeding is commenced within twenty five (25) days after the date of final action by the city council1. (1973 Code § 16A.28.020)
C. Other Provisions: As specified in title 11, chapter 2 of this code, all such provisions therein for exceptions, waivers, amendments, violations and penalties shall apply hereto and made a part hereof. (1973 Code § 16A.28.030)
