A. Not Specifically Identified Uses: All sewer users not specifically identified above shall be classified as commercial/industrial users and their user charge rate shall be based upon the total number of equivalent dwelling units (EDUs) for the facility, with the addition of any appropriate surcharges for wastewater characteristics.
B. Commercial And Industrial User Rate: The commercial and industrial user rate shall be based upon the number of EDUs of the premises.
C. Hospitals, Extended Care Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities Or Convalescent Homes: A new commercial facility limited to hospitals, extended care facilities, assisted living facilities or convalescent homes constructed to serve as housing for persons by the room or bed may be allowed an occupancy rate reduction as follows:
From the date of final inspection, a qualifying facility will be allowed a fifty percent (50%) sewer rate reduction for up to six (6) months provided the occupancy has not exceeded fifty percent (50%). (1973 Code § 13.40.390)
