A. Right Of Entry: Authorized city officials and employees may enter upon any and all premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, observation, management, sampling and testing of wastewater in accordance with the provisions of this chapter or of other relevant local, state or federal regulations.
B. Interference; Obstruction: It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent or attempt to prevent any such entrance or obstruct or interfere with any such officer or employee while so engaged. (1973 Code § 13.40.160)
