A. Power To Inspect: Authorized individuals, including employees and officials of the city, may enter any premises connected to the sewer system and the treatment facility to ascertain if all applicable ordinances and regulations are being met. If an exception to compliance with a law or ordinance is noted, the owner of said premises, or said owner's agent, shall, upon notice, cause such sewer or its attachments to be so altered, repaired or reconstructed so as to make them conform to the requirements of the laws and ordinances within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of such notice.
B. Commercial/Industrial User: Authorized individuals, including employees and officials of the city, may enter any commercial/industrial user facility to determine occupancy thereof without prior notice, if such facility qualifies for an occupancy rate reduction as allowed for pursuant to section 8-4-17-8 of this chapter.
