8-4-9: CONNECTION OF INFLOW SOURCES PROHIBITED:
All sources of inflow including, but not limited to, roof leaders; cellar, yard and area drains; catchbasins; manholes; etc., shall be prohibited from connection to the sewer system. (1973 Code § 13.40.240)
