8-4-7: UNLAWFUL INSTALLATIONS:
It is unlawful to install, change, bypass, adjust or alter any metering device or any piping arrangement connected therewith as to show the quantity of sewage discharged from the premises to be less than the actual quantity. (1973 Code § 13.40.140)
