PENALTY:

Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day on which a violation occurs constitutes a separate offense. (1973 Code § 13.08.130; amd. 2001 Code; Ord. 19-01, 1-13-20)
