8-2-9: PLUMBER CONSTRUED AS AGENT OF PROPERTY OWNER:
   A.   The plumber named in any application for water shall be considered the agent of the owner of the premises while employed in the prosecution of the worked named in the application.
   B.   The city shall in no way be responsible for his acts while so employed. (1973 Code § 13.16.100)
