A. Flora: No person shall dig, remove, destroy, injure, mutilate or cut any tree, plant, shrub, bloom or flower, or any portion thereof, growing in any park.
B. Fauna: No person shall take, seize, molest, injure, catch or hunt any bird, reptile, fish or animal in any park.
C. Exception: This section shall not apply to persons having received prior written permission from the city council, or in areas designated for such use. (1973 Code § 6.04.090)
