6-15-1: CONVICTED PERSONS:
   A.   Definition: "Convicted person" as used in this section is defined in the same manner as the same term is defined in section 207.080 Nevada Revised Statutes.
   B.   Driving Or Operating: No convicted person shall drive or operate a taxicab within the city.
   C.   Ownership Or Registration: No taxicab owned by or registered to any convicted person shall be driven or operated within the city. (1973 Code § 10.56.080)
