4-6-5: EXCEPTIONS TO PROVISIONS:
Outdoor fires in each fire district may be used for heating, cooking or branding in an appropriate approved fireplace or appliance at any time without permission except as restricted by the fire chief. (Ord. 14-03, 11-24-2014)
