4-6-3: PERMIT REQUIRED:

Burning under the regulations stated above shall not be done without first obtaining a burn permit from the fire chief. The permittee shall follow the burning regulations as stated on the burn permit and will be responsible for fire suppression costs as stated in section 4-6-10 of this chapter.
