4-6-1: DEFINITIONS:
FIRE CHIEF: The fire chief of the Mason Valley fire district or his authorized designee.
FIRE DISTRICT: As used in this chapter, "fire district" means the Mason Valley fire district as organized pursuant to the provisions of chapter 474 of the Nevada Revised Statutes and created by election on January 6, 1948.
OPEN BURNING: Any fire from which the products of combustion are emitted into the atmosphere without passing through a stack or chimney. (Ord. 14-03, 11-24-2014)
