Any taxicab license may be revoked at the discretion of the Village Manager when the holder has been convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. The Village Manager may also revoke such a license by and with the consent of Council when, in the judgment of the Village Manager, the public safety and the convenience of the Village require such revocation.
