866.08 TAXICAB STANDS.

No person shall park or stand a taxicab, except for such period as is necessary to take on or discharge passengers, at any place other than a parking stand designated by the Village Manager. Such stand shall not be designated without first securing the written consent therefor of the abutting property owner.
