866.03 LICENSE APPLICATION.

An application for a license required by Section 866.02 shall be made in writing to the Village Manager, with a definite statement of the number of taxicabs to be operated, together with the name, factory number, state number and motor number of each taxicab and the name of the driver to be in charge of each taxicab for which the application for a license is made.
