SECTION 79. VILLAGE SOLICITOR.

The Council shall appoint a Solicitor who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Council. The Solicitor shall act as the legal adviser to, and attorney and counsel for, the Municipality and its officers in matters relating to their official duties. The Solicitor shall perform such duties as may be required by the Council.
