SECTION 32. FINANCIAL POWERS OF THE VILLAGE.

The Village of Yellow Springs shall have all powers of taxation, borrowing, and disbursements of funds granted to municipalities by the Revised Code, and all other provisions of law and of the Constitution of Ohio now or hereafter in force.
