636.25 MOLESTING OR INSULTING PERSONS.
   (a)   No person shall, unreasonably and without lawful purpose, follow, pursue, lay hands on or otherwise molest or insult any other person.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
