Any and all instruments, devices or paraphernalia of any kind or description used for the purpose of gambling and found in any rooms, buildings or other places mentioned in Section 630.04 shall be confiscated and destroyed. The Chief of Police and any member of the Police Department are hereby authorized to enter at any and all times any such place, on a proper warrant therefor, to search for and seize any such gambling instrument, device or paraphernalia.
