618.21 WILD AND DANGEROUS ANIMALS.

(a) No person shall keep any wild animal or any animal whose nature, size, temperament, training or previous behavior poses a threat or danger to persons, property or other animals.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
