618.18 REMOVAL OF DEFECATION.

(a) The owner, keeper or harborer of any animal which defecates on the property of any other person, including public property, shall be responsible for immediately removing such defecation and disposing of it in a sanitary, legal manner.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
