The Village Council hereby establishes the following handicapped parking areas within the Municipality:
(a) 215 Xenia Avenue.
(b) Corry Street parking lot, two spaces, (van accessible).
(c) Bryan Center parking lot, three spaces.
(d) 227 Xenia Avenue.
(e) Short Street, south side of the street, 64 feet west of Xenia Avenue.
(f) Elm Street, two spaces, south side of the street, 66 feet and 90 feet west of Phillips Street.
(g) Public Library parking lot, two spaces.
(h) Livermore Street, two spaces, west side of street, 155 feet and 217 feet north of W. South College Street.
(i) Glen Street, north side of the street, 26 feet east of Xenia Avenue.
