(a) Multi-use paths are for the use of pedestrians, bicyclists or operators of any other non-motorized wheeled device alike, each exercising due regard for the other, but with pedestrians having the right-of-way.
(b) The parking of bicycles or any other non-motorized wheeled device on a multi-use path, except in areas specifically set aside therefor, and parking them in a disorderly manner, shall be prohibited.
(c) When a bicyclist or operator of any other non-motorized wheeled device elects to use a bicycle path or multi-use path, and such path exists or both sides of the street, the bicyclist or operator of any other non-motorized wheeled device shall use the path on the right side of the road.
