444.04 USE OF MULTI-USE PATHS.
   (a)   Multi-use paths are for the use of pedestrians and bicyclists alike, each exercising due regard for the other, but with pedestrians having the right-of-way.
   (b)   The parking of bicycles on a multi-use path, except in areas specifically set aside therefor, and parking them in a disorderly manner, shall be prohibited.
   (c)   When a bicyclist elects to use a bicycle path or multi-use path, and such path exists or both sides of the street, the bicyclist shall use the path on the right side of the road.
