418.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in, conduct, or carry on the activity of a parade in, or upon any Village street, sidewalk, rights-of-way, alley, park, public place or other public property that is owned or controlled by the Village without a permit issued under the provisions of this chapter.
