It shall be a violation of this chapter for the Village or any Village entity to enter into any contract or other agreement that conflicts with the provisions of this chapter, and any conflicting provisions in such contracts or agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, shall be deemed void and legally unenforceable as permitted by law. Any contracts or agreements signed before the enactment of this chapter that violate this chapter must be terminated as soon as legally possible.
