882.16 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Finance Director is authorized to issue and promulgate additional written rules and regulations to assist in the administration and enforcement of this chapter and operators must comply with the same provided that they have received written copies thereof at least thirty days prior to the effective date of such rules and regulations.
