882.15 MONEY RECEIVED, WHERE CREDITED.

The lodging excise taxes received under the provisions of this chapter shall be credited to the general fund of the Village. Affordable housing mitigation fees shall be credited to the Affordable Housing Fund established by Ordinance 2018-51 and Ordinance 2021-07.
