290.01 COURT NIGHT.

The Mayor or Acting Mayor shall hold regular court on Monday at 4:00 p.m. no less than twice a month, except on holidays when regular court shall be held on the following Monday at 4:00 p.m. Court may also be held at other times designated by the Mayor or Acting Mayor.
