Eligible projects will be brought before the Design Advisory Commission by way of or in consultation with the Village Manager, as follows:
(a) The Village Manager and/or his or her designated staff may refer relevant projects to the Commission.
(b) Council may require its commissions, boards, the Village Manager and his or her staff to submit relevant plans to the Design Advisory Commission for review; however, the use of this advice shall be voluntary.
(c) There shall be ongoing communication between the Village Manager and the Commission.
