(a) Membership in the Design Advisory Commission shall be according to the following procedure:
(1) Council will publically announce and advertise the formation of the Commission. Eligible citizens may apply in response to the announcement, residents may nominate candidates, and/or Council may invite specific candidates to apply.
(2) Candidates will be asked a series of questions which have been determined by the interview committee.
(b) After four years, Council will review the Commission to determine its status for continuation. The Commission shall continue until Council completes its review.
