Members of the Design Advisory Commission shall serve for two years, with a limit of three successive terms. There shall be no more than five members of the Commission, four of whom shall be volunteers who are professionals either trained or working in the disciplines of industrial, graphic or interior design, or who are fine artists, art consultants, art educators, landscape architects and architects. One member of the Commission shall be a volunteer from the general citizenry who has interest and possible experience with design, but who is not a design professional or who does not necessarily have art training.
