The Design Advisory Commission shall be a standing commission of Council and shall be subject to standard commission regulations. The Commission will meet regularly on a bi-monthly basis unless circumstances require more or less frequent meetings. The Commission will have available to it through the Village Manager's office, without cost to its members, those things necessary to carry out its charge, such as a meeting room, copying, advertising, postage, etc.
