If a violation of any of the conditions or standards imposed on a conditional land use is found to exist, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the owner of the premises, the Planning Commission and the Village Manager that a violation exists and that the permit will be revoked within 15 days of notification. If the violation is not corrected within 15 days, the Village Manager shall revoke the permit. Furthermore, the violation shall be declared by the Village Manager to be a violation of the zoning code, subject to all of the remedies and penalties provided for in this code.
