1262.05   EXPIRATION.
Approval of a conditional use shall expire 24 months after it is granted, unless construction is complete or commencement of the use has begun. Upon written request by the applicant, the Zoning Administrator may extend the term of the conditional use approval by one additional period of up to 12 months, upon a finding that there have been no changed conditions in the area which would require reconsideration of the conditional use application or site plan. A request for an extension of the initial permit period shall be submitted in writing to the Zoning Administrator prior to the expiration of the initial approval.
