1468.01 ENFORCEMENT BY COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT.

The Greene County General Health District shall be responsible for the licensing of plumbers, the issuance of permits, the installation of plumbing and the inspection thereof within the Village pursuant to regulations adopted by the Greene County Board of Health, the provisions of this Building and Housing Code or any other ordinance or resolution of the Village.
