Any person desiring to install or modify any electrical wiring shall first make application for a permit to the Village Manager or his or her designee, upon forms to be provided for that purpose, and shall deposit with such application a fee as established from time to time by Council. The fee shall include the investigation and granting of the permit, preliminary or rough inspection and final inspection. If the final inspection discloses that the installation is not in conformity with the requirements of this chapter, then such inspection shall show in what respects the installation is deficient. The applicant shall rectify the same for reinspection and before it may be energized.
