1440.02 PERMIT FEES FOR REVIEW EXPENSES.

The Village Manager shall require the payment upon the filing of any applications required by the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings or the Ohio Building Code for any applicable fees as specified in Appendix A: Fee Schedule for Residential and Commercial Building Permits, and remit such fees to the Finance Director.
